James Losee

James is a graduate of Marshall University and has been in the building industry for over 22 years. He has an extensive background in Structural Steel, Engineered Lumber, and Trusses. James has owned and operated his own design firm for the last twelve years and has designed waterfront homes as well as many other residential projects for local builders.

With Wayne, it’s about the evolutionary design process where your expertise meets Wayne’s expertise as a solution driven designer.

Will Gartland

An Associate Architect , Will earned a degree in architecture from The University of Notre Dame, and studied abroad for a year in Rome.  He worked as a designer for urban design, planning, and architectural firms in Pittsburgh and Philadelphia before heading west to Bozeman, Montana.  Dabbling in freelance architectural design (primarily residential renovations and additions), Will worked as a Site Project Manager for a regional homebuilder in Big Sky, while spending his free time kayaking, skiing, and exploring the Northern Rockies.

Trading mountain life for Florida’s Gulf Coast, Will relocated to Tampa Bay in 2021 to be near family, the beach, and the opportunity to work for Custom Design and Drafting.  He brings passion for collaborative design, extensive construction experience, and his love for helping clients realize their dreams through creative and quality architecture.

Dr. Joseph G. Johnson

He graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a Bachelor’s of Architecture and subsequently began his own business, J. G. Johnson, Architects, in North Carolina. His business thrived with design and planning for multiple types of buildings. Over his 39 year career he specialized in single and multi-family housing with hospitality and pool structures that came to define many neighborhoods. His extensive and varied experience includes the Ingram Planetarium, luxury mansions, exquisite waterfront and oceanfront homes, several oceanfront hotels, luxury high rise condominiums, conference centers, over 39 churches, and the Veterans Memorial at Sunset Beach Park. His comprehensive experience with church design and planning led him to earn a Master’s of Religious Arts in Ministry in architectural development (2019), and finally a Doctorate of Religious Philosophy and Religious Education in Architectural Development (2020) from West Theological Seminary.

Thiago Braga

Thiago is a Brazilian architect graduated from UNIVIX – Faculdade Brasileira in 2012 in the city of Vitória. He worked for 5 years on architectural projects designing as well as building in City of Nanuque. He then came to the United States in the beginning of 2017 where he has been working as draftsmen ever since. He has extensive experience with AutoCAD and Sketchup. He is very talented in the use of 3Ds Max creating photorealistic images of projects, exterior and interior view.

Allison Volkmar

Allison attended Radford University in Radford, Virginia for Interior Design and Marketing. She later graduated from Trident Technical College in Charleston, South Carolina for Engineering Design Graphics. She began her career working for retail companies creating floor plans and staging spaces. She has worked for a custom furniture company where she created floor plans and designed handmade furniture using Sketchup, AutoCAD and Revit. She enjoys meeting with clients and making their projects come to life.
