James is a graduate of Marshall University and has been in the building industry for over 22 years. He has an extensive background in Structural Steel, Engineered Lumber, and Trusses. James has owned and operated his own design firm for the last twelve years and has designed waterfront homes as well as many other residential projects for local builders.

Joe graduated from UNC-Charlotte with a Bachelor’s of Architecture and subsequently began his own business in North Carolina. There he thrived with design and planning for multiple types of buildings. Over his 39 year career he specialized in single and multi-family housing with hospitality and pool structures that came to define many neighborhoods. His extensive and varied experience includes the Ingram Planetarium, luxury mansions, exquisite waterfront and oceanfront homes, several oceanfront hotels, luxury high rise condominiums, conference centers, over 39 churches, and the Veterans Memorial at Sunset Beach Park.

Thiago is a Brazilian architect graduated from UNIVIX – Faculdade Brasileira in 2012 in the city of Vitória. He worked for 5 years on architectural projects designing as well as building in City of Nanuque. He then came to the United States in the beginning of 2017 where he has been working as draftsmen ever since. He has extensive experience with AutoCAD and Sketchup. He is very talented in the use of 3Ds Max creating photorealistic images of projects, exterior and interior view.

Andrea graduated from The University of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. She later attended Koln University in Germany, earning her Master’s Degree in Architectural Exhibitions and Landscape Designs. Over her 40-year career she has worked in many branches of architecture in both Brazil and Germany. She also ran her own business for 22 years in which she accumulated a large variety of experiences with single family homes as well as commercial building design.

Samantha is a Sarasota native and recognized her passion for architecture at an early age. She began her career drafting for a local architect at the age of 16 while she finished high school. Samantha always pushes herself to continue learning and growing. She now has over 7 years of drafting experience in residential drafting. Samantha enjoys exploring new software and is proficient in multiple programs including AutoCAD, Revit, Archicad, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion.

Allison attended Radford University in Radford, Virginia for Interior Design and Marketing. She later graduated from Trident Technical College in Charleston, South Carolina for Engineering Design Graphics. She began her career working for retail companies creating floor plans and staging spaces. She has worked for a custom furniture company where she created floor plans and designed handmade furniture using Sketchup, AutoCAD and Revit. She enjoys meeting with clients and making their projects come to life.

Bruna is a Brazilian Civil and Environmental Engineer. She graduated from The University of Vale in December of 2015. She worked for 3 years as a Civil Engineer in the city of Governador Valadares, and then for 2 years in the city of Mucuri. She has experience with AutoCAD and Revit in the creation of architectural and structural projects.

Patrick grew up on a nursery in the suburbs of New York City to a family of horticulturalists and landscape architects. After years working in the plant and entertainment industries, he pursued an architectural degree from the New York Institute of Technology in Manhattan. He briefly worked in commercial architecture in New York City then moved to Los Angeles to design houses in Beverly Hills. Before ending up in the Sunshine State he oversaw the design and construction of retail jewelry spaces for Hawaii’s largest jewelry manufacturer.

Kelsey was born and raised in Fredonia, New York. She graduated from Alfred State College with a degree in Interior Design and later received her CAD Certificate from Hudson Valley Community College. She has over 5 years of experience working as a drafter in the Structural Department at an Engineering Firm. Kelsey has a passion for residential design, creating floor plans and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.

Christina has been in Florida for about 4 years. She grew up in the construction business with her father and grandfather being cabinet makers and builders. She has worked on the home improvement side of the construction industry as a manager for years. She has a wealth of experience in customer service, AR/AP, project coordination, and team management.

Melayne is a Sarasota Native. Her grandfather, father and brother are all in the Steel business locally, so construction has been a huge part of her life since she was just a child. Melayne works for Custom Home Design as well as our sister company AIG, where she brings in her extensive customer service skills to assist clients with permitting and private provider inspection services.
